Very cool! I kept my Wii U preview event bottled water sealed on a shelf for years, but it eventually started collapsing in on itself. I felt like it was becoming a bit of a liability, so I finally tossed it.

It's always some little nuance that fouls it up, isn't it! "Oh this uses a 44 pin IDE connector instead of a standard 40 pin one."

The backup battlestation I began building with your help years ago can now read most things, but I completely forgot about Syquest!

This is the inevitable end result every time I think "the existing hardware and cabling I already have should be able to handle this, right?"

Got this for a birthday one year after a really cool demonstration/exhibit on it at the Museum of Science and Industry! It didn't hold my attention very long (I think it was asking a bit more of childhood-me than I was prepared to give it at the time), but I still love the concept to this day.

They're gifts I brought to
Miyakoshi-san during my last visit to Tokyo! I wanted to thank him for the work he's done promoting and documenting keshi with his コンプREX publication and his work at Microkan. He kindly offered to display these materials.

It's so cool you spotted them!
