Not posting much as, with the dawn of motherhood, the most exciting part of my day is using the delay function on the washing machine to get clean clothes first thing in the morning to make me feel like I’ve achieved something.

PSA: if you have a child with someone who regularly covers themselves and the sofa (which they shouldn’t be eating on!) with crumbs…then every time they hand you the baby, said baby will also be covered in crumbs 😠

Turtle is going to get a bit of a shock when she’s suddenly shut out of the main bedroom overnight (once baby arrives) 🥺 so I’m creating alternative beds around the house. Just got one of the Ikea Kallax cat bed inserts and have added a fluffy blanket.

First proper day of maternity leave and one of the cats (Dynamite) is shouting at me. I *think* she thinks I shouldn’t still be in bed as M has left for work already. Funny little thing. She loves routine…
