Tonight's #FridayNightZillow kicks off with a Michigan Madness MegaMansion Compound built for the founder of Domino's Pizza. It's ours for just $8.75M. 53K SF (!), including a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired main home, an ice rink, guest house, 30 acres. Think timeshare! www.zillow.com/homedetails/...

Mérida, Spain. Truly an open air museum and worthy UNESCO World Heritage City. Most enjoyable to visit the city during Emerita Ludica and be among those dressing as Romans.

The Capitolium of Ostia, in the north end of the city’s Forum. Dedicated to Jupiter, Juno, and Minerva. Built in the Hadrianic period - early second century CE.

Sure seems like a 28 point difference with the 72% of Independents who have an opinion (50% blame trump and republicans, 22% blame democrats) is newsworthy.

The magnetic deflector shield glows brighter when it is under attack from a plasma energy weapon.

What matters most is what these generals and admirals do next now that expectations have been set for them. While they have careers and families to think on, in my experience, most military leaders (regardless of party) hold strong principles when it comes to the mission of the military.

What matters most isn't how they reacted in the room but what they do next.

Children loved to play with toys in #Roman times too: some 1,800 years ago, a child in Cologne was buried with a terracotta horse with a rider on wheels. It was certainly a much-loved which the child was also supposed to play with in the afterlife.

100%. I still recommend to friends to visit Pompeii because of the state of preservation but Ostia is such an easy day trip from Rome and you can combine it with a beach visit too.

Yes, in fact the excavated area of Ostia is actually larger than Pompeii. The two cities reflect different stages of development in Roman architecture which also makes them both fascinating to explore.

The Baths of the Seven Sages are a public bathing complex in Ostia Antica, ancient Rome’s port city. Named for frescoes depicting Greek philosophers, it features a rotunda with a well-preserved mosaic floor in its frigidarium (cold room) dating to the Hadrianic period (117-138 CE). #mosaicmonday

I guess all HISD buildings have been fully modernized, computer labs upgraded, and supply closets are full. What a waste of resources that could have actually gone to helping students and teachers vs defending one man’s ego.
