Definitely a learning curve. Highly pigmented! Had to spread out some very intense spots and cover another. My first stroke was so intense! But at least with gouache I could cover it. With watercolor, I’d have been sunk.

I’ve returned to painting after many years away, and I find myself making second attempts at many pieces. The second attempt generally turns out better, but there’s always something I like better on the original. 🤷🏻♂️
