If there are more reasons than three reasons, things only get hairier. The editors get involved, transitions and conjunctions replace the words like fourth, fifth and sixth, sub categories become main reasons, and a student email starts to brew somewhere because he just can't get his head around it.

It’s a cinematographic masterpiece. Almost all the later night thrillers, well into the 90s imitated those shots. Uses a lot of re-cadrage, 2, 3 frames inside one frame, and lots of black space. Camera is almost always on balance, no psychotic shots, just brutal night time.

They assume they are smarter than you are. Then they realize they don’t understand. As you give them a watered down, simpler version, they understand you and go back to assuming they are smarter than you, again. They conclude the problem was you. This happens a lot if you speak with an accent.
