What drives me crazy about the anti-DEI rhetoric is everyone wants to be judged on merit. But you can't be judged on merit if you can't even get in the door because you don't fit some prejudiced definition of who is capable and who isn't

NINE YEARS since the last time I had alcohol. Is my life better than I ever dreamed? Yes! Is it always sunshine and roses? Absolutely not. But I now know I can make it through anything without drinking, and I wouldn't trade that for anything. #sober #sobersky #soberqueer #alcoholfree #soberversary
