On the one hand, you’re so much more than just your writing. On the other hand, I’d be willing to bet a large sum that an outside reader would think whatever you’re writing is excellent. On the third hand, I totally get this feeling. I hope it lets go of you soon.

😭 I owe them so much (and Casey). This is why reading fic sometimes feels like therapy but in a good way - sometimes I’ll have some bizarro personal revelation because it’s these characters, or the word are suddenly there to describe an experience or a way they interact with the world…

I finished my work project! It’s possible I might on occasion relate to certain aspects of ACD….of course, somehow I love everything about him, and yet am not quite as charitable towards myself 🤔

Not dead yet. I’ve been trying a new strategy that involves an intense morning run where I use up all my energy and sweat buckets, and then I gradually replace all the lost hydration with caffeine over the course of the day. It’s a strategy, but I don’t know what the goal is.
