I get anxious about putting myself out in the world. As an introvert and typical lurker, I crave socializing. I want to start contributing, because I think I have something unique to offer. After some positive interactions, I'm giving this a shot on BlueSky. Let's see where this goes.

🎮 Mechabellum.
My latest video game obsession.
I played this for awhile last year when it was in early access.

The game is fully released, and oh boy, is it good.

It's an autobattler featuring mechs. It scratches that itch Dota Underlords left, the downside is Mechabellum is not on mobile. Ugh.

Maybe you should *stop* obsessing about your own -- and other people's -- sexuality? Feels like it’s about time to do that. You’ve thought about this for *eight hours*?! Not only should you stop, you should tell Kim you've stopped obsessing about other people's sexuality too.

The Steam Controller is a great controller.
I used it to beat Elden Ring, among many other games. It's my primary controller.

When telling that to my friends they said, "That doesn't mean shit. Someone beat Dark Souls with a banana. Your argument is invalid. Steam controller sucks."

Preach. Give me interactive audiobooks.
okay but in a bethesda game i can just not do the main quest. in a book i am afforded no such luxury. books should be video games imo

My latest video game obsession has been X4: Foundations. I love games like this. A super in depth simulation where I work my way up rags to riches style.
Another masterpiece that scratches this itch is Kenshi.

Played a bit of Battletech on Steam Deck and it runs smooth on medium settings! About 2 1/2 hours of battery life with very little tinkering.
I'll consider doing Mechwarrior 5: Mercs with mods later at another time. Still playing Mad Games Tycoon 2 and Battletech!

In the mood for some MechWarrior, so I'll be playing some Battletech on Steam Deck! Feel like it'll be a great game on Deck.
