also two-phone filming is a great tactic because it gives you more editing options if you need to cut something out without it looking obviously manipulated or choppy

There are times when you definitely need someone else to film, but I really like when the Congressperson is clearly the one holding their phone, because it seems more like it's coming from them and that they are taking you behind the scenes

I think it might also be a little bit that they did get in some better consultants. That whole thing with Chorus got badly mangled by the whole "it's dark money" news story, but there are some folks in the orbit now who are actually good at social video
