I’d love to volunteer on ocean projects. On breaks, I’d be on Lake Muskoka. Right now focused on helping people thrive in my Muskoka Chamberhood. Love my daughter, scuba, travel, singing, my bff pup Mabel. Former journo, still a news junkie.

I usually say Gander started with Mike Myers and digital sovereignty—but the real “why” hit me again thanks to an email from Erin, a Canadian mom who just wants a kinder internet for her kids. Posted on our blog (with her permission) gandersocial.ca/blog/en/home...

He killed it, and as a result, pulitzer prize editorial cartoonist Ann Telnaes quit.

Make sure everyone sees this cartoon.

I don’t understand why I can’t leave Twitter behind. It’s just horrible now but I still get sucked in and it messes with my sleep. Am I nostalgic for great conversations& often civil debates when I joined in 2009? Nostalgia is an illness… tell me the secret to letting go?

I have learned it’s possible to lose your car multiple times during a 3 day snow storm. Lump on right is Day One. Lump on left Day 3. Snow actually higher today. Digging this out 3x was hard on the hands, back…I’m a wee bit tired.
