The mission was risky. Geographic constraints in this sector severely limit strategic withdrawl. Despite knowing risk, UMN kids persisted valiently. After 2hr disruption, all units were surrounded & captured

The LRAD truck I discovered (same plate) last July outside Minnesota State Capitol is being used for 1st time (AFAIK) in MN tonight against protesters.
Terrifying sonic weapon.

My high school students are playing a rock band showcase right now in downtown St. Paul.
Setlist includes Nirvana, Alanis Morissette, Foo Fighters, Mitski, Linkin Park and some originals!
I got a pretty cool job, tbh.

I witnessed release of detainees (uncharged) from Whipple for first time. Weird, surreal ritual. ICE agents walk out w someone, hand over to volunteer. Without the volunteers, detainees would be dropped on street in subzero w/o any of their possessions including the jackets they were arrested in

The train filled immediately. Even 20 stops away from our destination we reached capacity.
People are cheering at every stop when they see people waiting to board because we are all starting to realize how big this is.

Believe it or not, I missed the best and strongest part of it last night!
These were the last two pics before my phone died from the cold and wouldn't charge up fast enough to take anymore 😭 but it got way crazier!

I took the ice road out to the middle of Lake Mille Lacs last night to wait her out. The wild data was hard to forecast. If you went to bed early, you missed it! The best was after 4am when we hit a strong G4! That's when my phone (my camera) died from cold 😭 Brutal -22°F windchill on the lake! 🥶
