it only took 15 years and 4 doctors to finally get prescribed medication to help with my hypersomnia.

I really hate thisedical system but I'm glad there are good doctors within it.

finally got my big wheels in the mail! they're a lot to get used to and I fell 5 times at the rink last night. Definitely a lot of fun, though. hoping to learn how to ATL Ryde soon 🔥

Sit on the floor while doing laundry. Clean dishes while in a chair. Sit in the shower. Save your spoons. Accommodate your fatigue rather than fighting it.

someone (the skate fairy) sent me new wheels as a gift and I'm floored by the gesture as I've not had someone do this for me before. I'm still in shock as it doesn't seem real to me.

not sure what #garmin load numbers mean still outside of "bigger number means harder workout"

but I got my high score last night. was a lot of fun skating at the rink!
