The cinema is attached to the National Media Museum and so they have so many cool props all around! I think this is only one of several daleks they have!

The venue had a refurbishment at the end of last year to make it wheelchair accessible. So I assume they used the stairlift.

I listened to them all for the first time a couple of years ago and, apart from being surprised at just how much of it holds up, it was impressive how, I guess, appropriately, bold those two were as characters. Not the best representation, but you can tell groundbreaking and subversive for the time.

I saw an official form today that had my name and gender on it, and it does feel strange that that shows male. That is so disconnected to any reality I've felt or expressed for so long it's always a bit of a shock to be reminded.

I think that generally, for an autistic person, I'm pretty good at accepting change, processing it, and reacting positively.

However unfortunately my therapist has grown a moustache since I last saw him and I actually froze up the first time I saw it trying to process it so. Maybe not.

So I've never actually seen a Carry On film! I think the limited amount I know about them just made me assume they were probably too dated to enjoy.
