I found a rare photo of Parsley's likely kitty-daddy (right, the short-haired cat), and yep, they really do look alike. They have the same passive resistance to being carried, same fur texture, and same obsession with reflections. We never figured out Mr Smiley's origins or home.

At what’s probably the end of Day 3, the Skinny House has decent exterior paint, first coat of trim paint, and most of its interior paint done (but needing touch-ups). Tomorrow afternoon’s goal is to finish painting.

This odd little dollhouse was a $3 find at the antique shop in Escalon (where I literally answered 3 riddles from the owner). The construction looks like a 1980s Duracraft kit, but I’ve never seen this house before. #dollhouse
