Which classic film of the 20th century is an icon?

I wish this @pres.cafe user said "Celebrity" instead of the short-worded version of it because I'm already upset over it but therefore must be removed and rephrased immediately if it's feasible enough for him to do so because I'm already sick of it unless changes are necessary. #TheFinishLine

It's been a while but will it be a new Christmas idents on #BBCTwo this year or next year?

It would be nice if the classic idents were used for archive-appropriate content on #BBCTwo in England and Wales. This one should be considered to be a Dalek (suitable to be used for classic sci-fi/fantasy films like Minority Report etc.)

Tonight is our colleague David Olver's last TV Continuity shift before retirement after more than *47 years* as an announcer, with a voice I'd say was known to everyone in Northern Ireland across all those years.

Here's a clip of David from 1980: youtu.be/ZJzJkgVYnEo?...

It's confirmed: David Olver (66) is going to leave BBC Northern Ireland tomorrow night after 47 years and after nearly 40 years in TV presentation history. He got the job at 19 in January 1978 so he'll have his last one tomorrow. Good luck, David!!

Tomorrow night our friend and colleague David Olver will do his last TV Continuity shift at BBC Northern Ireland before a well-deserved retirement. He's been an announcer since *January 1978* and while few will know his name, his voice is known to multiple generations of our viewers.

Hey friends, welcome to my first-ever Bluesky account, where I can't talk about my favourite things about TV presentations courtesy of #BBCOne and #BBCTwo. Demonstrations of my continuity announcement are fine. But in the meantime, thank you for joining me for that. See you then!!
