My samsung watch gets a snarky about my poor sleep, or my lack of exercise... thank God I know better, like gardening for 3 hours including mowing,mulching whippersnippering =300 steps falling asleep for 2 hours 'watching' TV doesn't count, it just nags about my 4 hours recorded 1am to 5am sleep!
