Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
With a wooden spoon.... mix your butter into the mashed bananas. Use a large mixing bowl.
Next... mix in the sugar.. egg.. and vanilla.
Lightly sprinkle in your baking soda. Mix vigorously.
And your flour. And mix.
