I will say that I add an ingredient that is expensive/hard to find to my chili but it's because it's grown where I grew up so I kinda miss it when I have chili without. (But expensive coffee in chili is absolutely absurd.)

Another game that isn't necessarily lost bit is really hard to play if you don't use backports on a very specific system is Warlords Battlecry 3

Also I would have had Temple of Elemental Evil on this list but there was a modern port of It recently released on steam

I know it went under because I got the desire to replay it a little while back and found it was completely gone.

I've got a couple I can think of, off the top of my head:

One was thus MMORPG that went under years ago that my dad had introduced to me and my siblings when we where teens, to play together, like I don't remember it's name but I remember it having an interesting take on half-elves.
