Pointing out that it's not a law is utterly futile when the Executive branch is acting on these edicts as though they are laws. When law enforcement agencies are acting on EOs as though they are edicts from the throne, who cares?

Calling it an EO as though it's not important is pure sophistry. The Right has the tools to enforce executive fiats from Trump. Arresting judges should have been the clue.

This is the point where America is lost. That’s not something I want to see but the resistance isn’t enough and what’s there is too slow. I don’t know how you pull it back from here. Trump is pitting American against American and intends to use the military as enforcers along with federal agencies.

He’s positioning military assets around the country because he’s gonna do something that’s really gone piss everyone off in the next 90 days.
