I have like so many bits and pieces of things I want to write and kind of an end goal maybe, but how do I get it all in order and connect it?

I guess it just feels like possibly a bit too much hurt and not enough comfort with knowing how it all ends eventually.

Well I guess there is also his misplaced guilt because he blames himself for Cas staying behind of course.
And he probably once again doesn't believe that good things just happen, that's a pattern of their whole relationship.

Also just in general the way Dean looks at him now. Of course it's because they have no idea how Cas is back, but I see way more than concern from Dean there.

Mmmm I love the scene after Cas cleaned himself back up! The way Dean reacts seems like such a small detail but that only makes it even better!

Speaking of Cas, he's returning the next episode I will now watch! :D
