🗝️ Improving the criminal record disclosure system is key to increasing employment for people with criminal records. The current system is overly complex, difficult to navigate, and at times arbitrary. This is bad for individuals, employers and isn't in anyone's interests.

The use of PAVA spray is part of a disturbing and dispiriting trend we are seeing towards an increased use of force and normalisation of violence in YOI.
