His 180-day local jail sentence ended before it was supposed to, and he will not be required to register as a sex offender.The abuse happened starting then the girl was 7 and went on until she was 12. She is 15 now. There was also another girl, an 11 year old, he raped at a New Years party and those charges were dropped for a plea deal.She had just completed her first day of high school when she sat in a courtroom and told a packed gallery what her life has been like since early childhood. Her family described years of physical illness, emotional trauma, and permanent damage that began when she was still in elementary school.Judge Steven Boyce initially sentenced Dahle to 5-10 years in prison, but then SUSPENDED the sentence, replacing it with probation. That decision already outraged many. Now, even the limited local jail time has ended early, and Dahle walks free, oh and he doesn’t even had to register as a sex offender.Make sure others know his face, share it!When a child speaks, when a teenager finds the courage to testify, the outcome too often looks like this: plea deals, suspended sentences, early releases, and a system that moves on far faster than the survivor ever can.
