This week, there has been Special Session that ties school vouchers to hurricane relief funds and immigration issues.
The House Floor vote has been moved from 8 PM tonight to 9:30 AM tomorrow.
This is a hopeful sign. It may be that they are having trouble coming up with enough yes votes.
