Definitely try to not beat yourself up about it, stress is a hell of a thing & downplaying that is worse in the long run coming from a chronic worrier

I don't go wild on expensive stuff but I waited until the B&BW sales to stock up & nothing truly does make me feel a bit better than smelling like vanilla cake

I can't suck up to people or things I don't give a shit about & I'm incredibly over the idea of 'Is what it is you have to learn' because at some point it's Sisyphean to constantly be climbing up out of a hole to get ahead when it never happens

Adapting IS very important by all means but come on

I don't want to advertise myself when I don't have or WANT to (like LinkedIn), I don't want to fill gaps work leaves with additional work when they could train me, I don't want to learn 10 new things just to get low returns if any to 'just make it work'

Incredibly true!! I'll absolutely give myself the pat on the back at least being able to say 'It's 2 AM what do you want me to do about it right now sense of self?' & realize that it is in fact 2 AM so it can be a feeling I have that can get dealt with some water & AFTER a night of good sleep

I know it's just a lot of shame/guilt complexes & the fears of choosing it 'wrong' but like- I can't do shit about it at 2 AM, brain shut up!!!
