I have had a lone wasp in my office for a little over a week now. I keep my door open all day, yet he (she?) doesn't leave. We have come to an agreement, though. I won't swat at him (her?) if he (she?) leaves me alone.

It does help keep people out of my office, though, when I want to be left alone.
