The City Council has unanimously voted to move municipal elections to November, making Dallas the first city in Texas to adopt Senate Bill 1494.

More than 220,000 Dallas voters supported Proposition D to hold municipal elections in November.

Once again, executive overreach threatens Texas businesses by blocking HUB certification and fair competition in state contracting.
