Any talk about shootings in Chicago is bunk w/o including the caveat that chicago metropolitan area has the same population as Michigan's lower peninsula. When you accept this, the numbers are much easier to parse. 50+ shot in a holiday weekend? I'd believe that of the entire Lower Peninsula also.
