Hackers were able to access copies of IDs, but also IP addresses and usernames/profiles associated with them.

A huge blow for anonymity online and a risk for marginalized communities and politically or legally disfavored groups.

From Discord release:

The data that may have been impacted was related to our customer service system. This may include:

• Name, Discord username, email and other contact details if provided to Discord customer support
• Limited billing information such as payment type, the last four digits of your credit card, and purchase history if associated with your account
• IP addresses
• Messages with our customer service agents
• Limited corporate data (training materials, internal presentations)
The unauthorized party also gained access to a small number of government-ID images (e.g., driver's license, passport) from users who had appealed an age determination. If your ID may have been accessed, that will be specified in the email you receive.

The last time I've been to one of these tournaments was over 10 years ago, and that was a Melee tournament at a local overnight LAN party.

Although the Expo also has Melee and Ultimate tournaments going on, Smash 64 felt like a getaway from the Melee and Ultimate crowds, leading me to choose it.

No THOH episode is rated TV-MA. The highest rating they got was TV-14, as in viewed for those 14+, and the content of those does not warrant an 18+ restriction.

The same applies to the UK that gives them a PG rating, but I guess the bill likes to see it otherwise. Where's the legal retributions.
