Seven new-to-me movies in one weekend! GODZILLA MINUS ONE - what took me so long to watch this I don't know - is brilliant.

The movies are laser-focused on murder-solving, but at the same time, Benoit Blanc is so colorful that his personality (and the rich supporting cast of suspects) prevents the movies from becoming generic crime procedurals.

I think Netflix and HBO Max are my two most-expensive monthly subscriptions. All I know for sure is, Netflix isn't going to cut that revenue stream in half 😔

That's Sela Ward in THE FUGITIVE, I think the only thing I saw Jeanne Tripplehorn in was BASIC INSTINCT?

I laughed out loud when they cut to the shot of Selina and Bruce and the giant raging fire between them.

Hang on, I am not criticizing the work, and I don't have a professional eye to tell a difference between Netflix and 4K - I just noticed she looked younger!

Now that I think about it, at the beginning of the heist, just as Argyle and Karl enter the lobby and before they shoot the security guard, it would have been a nice touch if a couple of Holly's coworkers were seen in the background, headed out, just missing being hostages.

There is one shot I remember of Olivia Colman at the beginning of the movie in the kitchen flashback where they met, where she looks very...unlined
