I could totally see how a hospital diet could cause some harm. I work in a hospital and food options are quite limited. I think expanding on the variety provided to both patients and staff could be quite beneficial for everyone. Definitely something to research further! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
More evidence that our overly restrictive hospital diets could actually be causing harm. There aren’t many interventions out there that can improve both clinical AND patient satisfaction outcomes quite like a cup of morning joe! ☕️

I think one of the most important things to look for when reading nutrition resources is finding out where they get their information from. Providing the citations allows us to further investigate the actual facts provided by a study. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I'm majoring in Nuclear Medicine and am taking this course because I needed a BEH elective. My prof talked about erythritol spiking insulin causing insulin resistance from a paper published in May. Is this true? Healthy eating is moderation. My favorite food is steak @beh353.bsky.social #BEH353
