I feel like I'm waking up from a dream after last night's Blockbuster Trade. On paper, the Canes upgrade over both players that they send to Colorado. Rantanen is a Top 10 offensive player in this league.

Canes have been very inconsistent over the last couple months, but, They are right there a few points out of 1st in the Metro. They definitely have stuff to improve. If they can keep the goalies healthy headed into the postseason, I feel like they'll figure it out. I mean, they have Rod on the bench
