I had surgery on Monday. Only things were buying are the necessities for living out of a hotel until next week.

Breast side down at higher temp for the first hour, then flip the bird, and continue roasting for another couple hours at a lower temp. Perfect every time! Though this year we made store bought lasagna in a hotel because I had surgery on Monday.
