Are you going to Zipolite? We went there last year and we loved it!

Regardless, I’m only going to keep it installed when I need to use it.

Other probes that I've had in the past had wires that were damaged at 700°. The CPT tolerates temps up to 900° and the GGG is good up to 1000°.

The app is pretty good, too. On the home screen, you can see all online devices and their readings in one pane of glass. I like being able to see the difference in temperature between dome temp and temp at the food level. There's a big difference!

Yes, it took forever for them to get it into production, but I'm liking the pairing of the devices. This is the first time that I've used both of them together, so I'm still in the learning/evaluation phase.

Problem resolved.

It’s currently 13° outside. The hot tub is not optional; however, clothing is. The spa will be ready before tonight’s naked hot tubbing with our (platonic) girlfriend.

The spa is already refilled, and we’re waiting for it to warm up. (Ironically, the spa was due for a refill, so we’re just waiting for the heater to do its thing.)
