Picture of the day - Makke di roti and saag (corn flour pancakes and mustard greens dish). A North Indian staple during winters, delicious and full of nutrition! Typically I won’t miss it when I am down south in Bangalore, but now when I’m visiting my parents up North I can’t have enough of it.
