I’m not sure!! It’s hard cuz on one hand, only taking like, 2-3 comms at a time and leaving the rest on an unpaid waitlist is good for my mental health.
On the other hand, it sucks cuz of the aforementioned reasons^
I wonder if there’s a nice middle ground that can be found.

So by the time I’m ready to take more comms off the list and contact them, wait to hear back, find out they don’t want it anymore, and work through the list to find someone who DOES… it takes days of my time before I can even get someone to pay, it’s very unreliable

I do a waitlist system right now and I am trying to clear it so I can move away from it. My waitlist is consistently 6-12 months long and by the time I get to someone in the list, they oftentimes don’t have the money anymore so I lose the commission 😵💫
