Yeah the rate payer impact needs to be addressed and minimized.
We just have to be careful about nimby reactions. Upstate NY is a generally good geography for data centers. Our cooler climate reduces the total energy and water needs vs California.

Not uncommon at all for "condensing" natural gas burners, which are burners that bring the exhaust temperature below 212F. Often closer to 100F.
I'm making a more generic definition as I have a condensing alliance that doesn't have a secondary heat exchanger a boiler.

When confronted with clear evidence that he was incorrect. He adjusts his actions to reflect what is best for himself and everyone around him apologizes, makes amends and is all in.... And it's played off as a joke. Even though that's what you should do.
