@samvecenie.bsky.social I see ppl put Kon and McNeely in the same bucket re their defense. Am I crazy for thinking there is a significant gap there? Kon looks like he is pretty good at staying infront of ppl while McNeely gets blown by a lot. I get that individual defense is not everything but….

@dannymarang.bsky.social Collin Murray Boyles - he is a big in college the way Toumani was a big in college. Granted he doesn’t shoot at all now but I’d take the guy who can defend, rebound, dribble, pass, score inside but just missing the shot vs develop all of the above

There is some cruel irony in the fact that two of the four teams that did not make an in-season trade make for strong trade partners, with a clear and obvious deal in mind. That a deal didn’t come to fruition, for whatever reason, is probably an indictment of those front offices.
Some 2025 trade season fun facts:
- 9 current/former all-stars changed teams
- Only 4 teams didn't make a trade - Nuggets, Blazers, Wolves & Magic
- PJ Tucker & Dennis Schorder were traded 3 times
