Okie dokie, I got down to 192lbs and so here's what I look like at 192lbs! I've given up on trying to gain size and all I care about now is utility in the context of climbing and general health. Not saying I won't gain size but that's not my ultimate goal.

Progression. I've started working toward my goal of being able to do pull-ups by starting with straight arms hanging on the bar. My arms, neck, shoulders, upper back, have all gotten so much stronger in such a short amount of time since I started this.
