Okie dokie, I got down to 192lbs and so here's what I look like at 192lbs! I've given up on trying to gain size and all I care about now is utility in the context of climbing and general health. Not saying I won't gain size but that's not my ultimate goal.

Degenerate art (German: Entartete Kunst) was a term adopted in the 1920s by the Nazi Party in Germany to describe modern art. During the dictatorship of Adolf Hitler, German modernist art, including many works of internationally renowned artists, was removed from state-owned museums and banned in Nazi Germany on the grounds that such art was an "insult to German feeling", un-German, Freemasonic, Jewish, or Communist in nature. Those identified as degenerate artists were subjected to sanctions that included dismissal from teaching positions, being forbidden to exhibit or to sell their art, and in some cases being forbidden to produce art.

Similar restrictions were placed upon music, which was expected to be tonal and free of any jazz influences; disapproved music was termed degenerate music. I'm not usually one to join in on discourse, mainly because I'd rather uplift voices actually affected by these matters.
But my two cents, if you are offended by 'all men' statements, you're usually 'all men'.

That said: it's okay to ask people these things and it's okay to seek help from folks but if these questions are stopping you from calling I urge you to push yourself JUST A LITTLE MORE to help with the cause. These calls really are so simple but SO effective. Thank you! 🙏
"But who do I call?" "What do I say?" These are things that are easily searchable and I have been sharing script on script and there's SO many around the web too: you need to take back the idea of studying and start applying it to your life. Being able to find info and research is POWER.
I've started to more and more unapologetically tell people to call their reps because again: if you have the time to write a comment complaining, you have the time to call your reps and leave a comment on their lines. And I'm being 100% serious; it really is THAT quick. Do it.
