Congressional Republicans have no plan to end the shutdown they started.

Lucky for them, we have the answer: work with Democrats to protect healthcare, lower costs, and open the government.

What's happening is clear as day: Republicans would rather shut the government down than work with Democrats to protect health care and lower costs.
