Research shows that nearly 75% of dv cases involve brain injury, & the CDC now recognizes intimate partner violence as a leading cause of TBI.

We were thrilled to host Swedish Minister for Social Services, Camilla Waltersson Grönvall, at The Corden this month. Alongside representatives from the Swedish Consulate, our staff discussed the importance of supportive housing as a resource for #DomesticViolence survivors fleeing abuse.

We are thrilled to announce that Resource Coordinator: Stephanie Woodbine, has been honored with the 2025 NYC ENDGBV Survivor Bright Award! Former New Destiny client & SVP member, Stephanie now provides aftercare services to survivors, using her lived experience & dedication to advocate for others.
