So it could be poor service from RR, though I know they’re the ones available on weekends. Still not sure what was causing the backup, but the suspicion was the people who did the deep clean before move in flushed cleaning wipes down the toilet, as pipes had passed inspection.

When I first bought house, I had sewer backing up and called Roto-Rooter. They came and allegedly ran through the whole system and cleared it, but problem continued. I called a local plumber, turned out it was my new across the street neighbor, and he actually cleared the whole system. RR had not.

My sister asked why I’m not doing the box test method and I told her that since I already met my deductible, I’m going with the deluxe package. 😂 I can’t imagine handing someone a box of 💩 but I’m glad you did it!

Not only is that horrific, I can’t get over how dumb they both are. Thank goodness they’re both idiots and failed at nearly every step of their plan.
