Yes, some people have raised alarms earlier, and it's certainly fair to claim that the foundation has already been set. I don't think it's to the point of chicken little or the boy who cried wolf though.

I think I gave a pretty clear explanation based on what we're seeing. This targeting of commercial shipping by multiple world powers in multiple regions around the globe is a new escalation. It's gotten to the point of blatant, widespread piracy, which is unsustainable without a kinetic war.

Now Iran has seized another diesel tanker in the Gulf of Oman after seizing an Azeri-Israeli tanker carrying petro chemicals last month.

In Gen Z's defense, previous generations didn't need to be nearly as frugal. It took until 2012 before I (with a 4-year degree) was making as much as my father (highschool diploma) was making in the mid 1980s. And that's before adjusting for inflation.

Hahaha! Oh, that's right. Also odd because I don't recall a Volta charger there (I was looking), but they were also doing major renovations at the time.

Odd. I'm even seeing a pip for Shell Recharge. I'm pretty sure all those sites were added since the last time I was there, but yes, there's plenty of space. It's a big retail center, and frankly, I think the Superchargers are on the wrong side of the facility. There's not much on that side.
