We've been covering the salt water intrusion into Baton Rouge's drinking water aquifer for years. It's a slow moving problem, but new data have raised concerns about its extent. Others says data are a consequences of alterations in pumping due to a well failure. www.theadvocate.com/baton_rouge/...

An interesting allegation is that the plants told EPA about their pollution discharges into the river but didn't tell La. DEQ. The discharges were reported in EPA's public Toxics Release Inventory database, but DEQ apparently doesn't check TRI. TRI is made up of industry reported pollution data.

Love this.
For Maths fans, 2025 is a square.
45² = 45 x 45 = 2025
Also,
9² x 5² = 2025
40² + 20² + 5² = 2025
My favourite?
1³+2³+3³+4³+5³+6³+7³+8³+9³ = 2025
