No Kings Roanoke has been an impressive, peaceful gathering of people who love our country. I estimate about 4000-5000 people showed up. Great speakers, drum circle, inflatables, road work, fellowship. #Indivisible #NoKings #Roanoke

I’m so happy for Virginia Tech’s Women’s basketball team for taking down undefeated Georgia Tech tonight. VT was rocked when head coach …what’s his name …abruptly left for Kentucky taking several key players. Coach Duffy, lured from Marquette, is building a new, solid foundation.

Here are a few photos from the past month. The pine cone shots were from a fire road off The Blue Ridge Parkway north of Roanoke, VA. American Pharaoh statue at Oaklawn Race Track in Hot Springs, Arkansas. A paddle boat under repair in the morning mist on the Ohio River along the shore in Paducah.
