I have a deep fondness for notes like that. I have a mushroom book that has many official entries like, "It is easily confused with _, and none of us are sure enough about the difference to attempt to eat it, so we recommend you do not either."

Ok, but, hear me out. Poops from animals eating leaves and pollen are far more pleasant than those eating meat and carrion.

5. Move your sleeping space to the lowest level of your home you can. Heat rises, so sleeping on the first floor or a basement may be much more comfortable than upstairs. Even moving your mattress to the floor can make several degrees of difference. 5/

4. Take a cool shower or bath to take your body temperature back down if you are feeling too hot. You can also soak just your feet or hands in cool water to regulate your body temperature. 4/

3. If you have a fan, place it facing OUT of a window to push hot air out of the hottest spaces. If you don't have a fan, open upstairs windows in the evening to let the rising hot air escape. 3/

1. If you can, hang light colored fabric outside of your windows to block the sun before it hits the glass. Sheets, shower curtains, anything will do.

2. Use curtains, blankets, cardboard or foil to block sunlight from the inside. 2/
