Nobody knows guilt like me starting watching this show my ex was obsessed with that I had to ask her to stop going into detail about at the time because it's a first responder style show and my mum was a big fan so I was already having panic attacks whenever it was on the tv

Ok but IBS is driving me maaaaaad like I wasn't recced fodmap I was put straight on meds and I found out the gluten intolerance the hard way but I just had a big flare up caused by one food I eat ALL of the time and I don't wanna give that up too :((((((
