We really need to stop pretending like GenAI is some fundamental distinct technology. It's not. It's just an application of machine learning.
What makes it bad is that it:
- Uses training data without consent, and
- Its goal is to generate new/novel content that replaces the training data

Text to speech and GenAI voice cloning are the same technology (nowadays).
The only difference is whether the voice model signed up for / consented for this to be done explicitly. It literally just boils down to consent.

Commission update. I am working on commissions but my tablet is non responsive after a driver update. I am trying to figure out how to roll back the drivers but until I can get that fixed I will be working on sketches. Update on this situation as soon I can get it fixed.
