Ukraine has hit 13 major Russian oil refineries since the beginning of August. It’s not just refineries. Ukraine is hitting pipeline pumping stations, storage, fuel trains and even individual petrol stations. If the trend continues Russia will reach an irreversible collapse threshold within 50 days.
