Just got back from a work trip and weighed in. Bad sleep, cupcakes, happy hours, every meal from a restaurant. Before Zepbound, I’d get back home and I’d have gained 5lbs. On Zepbound, it’s .2 lbs. So freeing to not feel anxious about food while traveling. #glp1 #zepbound #tirzepatide #mounjaro
